Better Than Bottled- Rich Chocolate Syrup (GMO-Free)

Have you ever had a friend suggest that you make something, and you kind of hem and haw and scrunch your nose up at them?  Yeah, so have I.  And I openly admit I'm not going to do that again!  I might miss out on something superchocolicious!   Take this beyond easy chocolate syrup.  It's got 5 ingredients and one of them is water!  I mean, *who* doesn't have water on hand?   My sincerest condolences if you don't have any water on hand because this syrup is that good and you're going to want to eat the whole jar.   Hershey's probably won't want you to make this, but you should make it anyway.  Live on the edge people!  Make your own chocolate syrup!

Blondies (Have More Fun) with Chocolate Chips (Organic/GMO-Free)

Seriously divine chocolate chip blondies.
I've loved almost every dense, chewy dessert bar that has ever crossed my luscious lips. There is something about a good dessert bar that brings out the inner Preschooler in me who believes everything is "mine" and refuses to share.

A pan of Blondies (and brownies for that matter) are just what the doctor ordered to  comfort and console a broken heart.  Lord knows I ate plenty of these anytime some "Y" Chromosome ripped my heart out and stomped on it.  They also came in handy on nights when I had to cram for an exam.  Heck, these bars come in handy no matter what your mood or occasion may be.  You might just find yourself looking for an excuse to make them.  "Honey, I found a new mole on my shoulder...let's celebrate by making a pan of Blondies!!"  Whaat?!?  It could happen.

Pan Seared Pork Chops with Mustard Cream Sauce- (Organic/GMO-Free)

Bone in pork chops with a mustard cream sauce. TO DIE FOR- super easy, minimal ingredients and Organic/GMO-Free!

Isn't that a beautiful thing?  I must say that a properly seared pork chop brings tears of happiness to my eyes.

If you're a child of the 60s or 70s you probably ate your fair share of pork chops that were dry as saw dust because back then our folks were told to cook pork until bone dry and then cook it some more.  That way, when you cut into it, you'll start a small fire and you'll know it's safe to eat.   Thankfully times have changed and we don't have to torture ourselves with dried-up pork chops that resemble a leather flip flop.

Cheeseburgers with Onion Bacon Jam (Organic/GMO-Free)

Onion Bacon Jam. People- go and make this now. It stores well and it tastes amazing alone, in baked beans, on a grilled cheese and on a cheeseburger! KaceyCooks

Accept my sincerest apologies for going on and on about my Onion Bacon Jam.  I honestly can't help it.  It's that good.  I was just telling TSM that I am going to enter it into some type of bacon recipe contest because I nailed it with this recipe.  Also please accept my apologies for lack of a proper photo of this glorious creation.  It smelled so good and was dripping with happy bacon and Gruyere cheesy goodness that I actually started eating before I remembered that I needed a few pictures for the blog.  It happens- I actually eat before I shoot pictures some times, and sadly the pictures are uglier when that happens.  I hope you'll forgive me.
