Accept my sincerest apologies for going on and on about my Onion Bacon Jam. I honestly can't help it. It's that good. I was just telling TSM that I am going to enter it into some type of bacon recipe contest because I nailed it with this recipe. Also please accept my apologies for lack of a proper photo of this glorious creation. It smelled so good and was dripping with happy bacon and Gruyere cheesy goodness that I actually started eating before I remembered that I needed a few pictures for the blog. It happens- I actually eat before I shoot pictures some times, and sadly the pictures are uglier when that happens. I hope you'll forgive me.
A bold, engaging and irresistible look into the mind of a classically trained chef turned anti-GMO, pro-organic, anal-retentive, food hippie blogger with a passion for REAL food.

Fast and Furious Friday: 3-Cheese Onion Bacon Jam Panini's. Non-GMO
"Hi, my name is Kacey, and I'm a melted cheese-aholic!" After you try this panini, you will also become a melted cheese-aholic. Be happy about this. There's nothing better than finger-lickin', knee-slappin' so darn tasty GMO-free panini, loaded with three kinds of cheese and busting at the seams with a drool inducing caramelized onion bacon jam. No really. There isn't anything better. Alright, so maybe if Johnny Depp were holding this panini it would be better...

Onion Bacon "Jam"- Organic/GMO-Free
I have a serious foodie crush on bacon. We're talking about an incurable, deep, intense crush for all things bacon. If bacon was a person, I'd be arrested for stalking it and creating a bacon photo collage on the wall of my seedy, low rent apartment complete with an alter paying homage to all things bacon- just like those psycho ax murderers do on all those criminal cop shows. Yup. I've got it baad!

Spicy Chicken Corn Chowder
It's the Saturday after Thanksgiving. You've just survived the official kick-off to the Holiday Season. Hopefully you're one day closer to being able to fit back into a structured pair of pants, but if not, don't worry.
Soon you'll be decking the halls, and fa-la-la-la-laa'ing while you sit in front of the TV watching Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer while stuffing fistfuls of Spritz cookies and homemade fudge down your pie hole and your yoga pants will become your best friend. You might as well just kiss your jeans goodbye until January 2nd, when you join a gym (again) to get rid of those pesky 15 pounds you put on over the past couple of months. Who needs denim anyway?
